  • Returns & Exchanges

    Because each watercolor is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, I want you to be delighted with your purchase.

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
    • Artwork must be returned in its original condition.
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the artwork arrives damaged (see damaged) or I made an error in the listing (see error in listing). 
    • Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • If I make an error in the listing, please return the artwork, I can provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. I will then reship the original artwork of your original choice at no extra shipping cost to you

    Damaged in Transit

    If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photos of:

    • the artwork,
    • the packaging,
    • and the shipping box.

    I will work with you to replace the artwork (when possible) or issue a refund.

    Shipping for Artwork is a Flat Rate of $9.95
