Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Buyer pays for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Provide a Photo:
In your email, please include a clear photo of the item you are wishing for a refund.
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged Items and Refund
We carefully inspect every item before it ships. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, I am here to make it right. Please follow the procedure below.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. If an item is not returned in its original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Handmade Market will pay for return shipping, Return Shipping will be refunded when the refund is processed.
Return Shipping cannot exceed the amount from original shipping cost.
If the return is not postmarked within the 7-day timeframe, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
