Our Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges, so we encourage you to review your selections carefully before making a purchase. This ensures that every piece you receive is brand new and exclusively yours.
Exception: Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every item before it ships. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to make it right. Please follow the procedure below.
The Process for Defective Items
To report a defective item, please follow these steps:

Notify Us Promptly:
Contact us via email at handmademarketsd@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your delivery. 
- 
Provide a Photo:
In your email, please include a clear photo of the damaged item, making sure the defective area is visible. 
- 
Await Confirmation:
We will review your claim and notify you with approval and instructions for the return. 
- 
Return the Item:
 Once approved, please mail the item back to us within 7 days. The return must be postmaarked within this window. 
Refund & Shipping Details

Return Shipping Costs:
 You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. 
- 
Refund Issuance:
Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the original product price and the original shipping fee you paid. There are no restocking fees.

Conditions of Return

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. If an item is not returned in its original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
- 
If the return is not postmarked within the 7-day timeframe, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. 
A Note on Custom Orders Unless they arrive damaged or defective, custom or personalized "Made to Order" items cannot be returned or refunded.
