Our customer service return and refund policy.
Return & Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL, MAKE YOUR CHOICES CAREFULLY, unless item is Defective. All of my products are handmade and I take great care that the item you are receiving is in perfect condition. That being said sometimes thing slip by the naked eye. Sometime what you may think is a defect, it actually may not be
1. How to deal with a defective item I am sorry that the item is defective and we need to deal with the problem. First: Please notify me within 3 days of delivery.
2. please take a picture of the defective item and make sure the picture shows the defective area. Then send via email to handmademarketsd@gmail.com
3. Once a determination has been made on the item in question, we can proceed. The item in question must be returned within 7 days for a refund. Since handmade items are limited I cannot offer an exchange of goods. I will use your postdate to start the count of 7 days.
You will bear the weight to pay for return shipping to: Camille Hinkle/Handmade Market 8629 Washington Ave La Mesa, Ca 91942 Once I have received the returned product, I will refund the price of the product and the same amount that you originally paid for shipping when you received the product. There is NO Restocking Fee
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for the cost of non-reimbursable return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Or if the item is not received in the allotted 7 days shipping is non-reimbursable.
The following items cannot be returned: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for "Custom or Made to Order" items.
